Group Song and Group Instrumental Music are the only programmes that need advance registration — and every team, including Seniors, registers online through the same form. Solo programmes need no form — simply attend on your group’s event day.

  • All members must belong to the same age band: Kids (Beginners, KG, Sub-Juniors), Juniors, Teens (Intermediates, Sub-Seniors) or Seniors.
  • An individual may take part in only one team.
  • No microphones and no musical instruments.
  • Seniors teams register online through the same form — no separate process.

Group Instrumental Music

  • Open to Beginners through Sub-Seniors; mixed age groups are allowed within a team.
  • An individual may take part in only one team.
  • All participants bring their own musical instruments.
  • Set piece for every team: “Vallabha Nee Kotta”.

How registration works

1️⃣

Form your team

Agree the members and pick one contact person with a WhatsApp number.

2️⃣

Submit the form

Enter the programme, age category, team name and every participant’s name before the deadline.

3️⃣

Turn up on the day

Registered teams are not given a slot in advance. The performing order is decided by a draw of lots on the Group Song day and the Group Instrumental Music day.

Everyone, including Seniors

All group programme teams register through the form

There is no separate route for Seniors — Senior teams use the same online form before the announced deadline. Registering secures your entry, not a time slot: on the Group Song day and the Group Instrumental Music day, all registered teams are included in the draw of lots that decides the performing order. For any questions, call a committee member.
